Philosophical Anthropology 2.0

The Department of Philosophy, in collaboration with the Institute of Digital Games, presented a talk entitled ‘Philosophical Anthropology 2 0: Reading Plessner in the Age of Converging Technologies’. The talk, by Prof. Jos De Mul of the Erasmus University Rotterdam, was held on Tuesday, 1 November at the Faculty of Arts Library, Msida Campus.

Jos De Mul is full professor of Philosophy of Man and Culture at the Faculty of Philosophy, Erasmus University of Rotterdam (the Netherlands). He has also taught at the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor) and Fudan University (Shanghai), and is a visiting fellow at the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton, USA. The focus in his present research is on the impact of information and communication technologies on human life.
